Location: Remote / Hybrid (Krakow, Poland)
We're looking for a passionate Data Engineer to build our analytics and data infrastructure from the ground up. You'll work on the core data platform that powers gameplay insights and LiveOps decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Build our analytics platform powering gameplay insights, LiveOps, and telemetry.
Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines (batch and real-time) that transform raw gameplay data into clean, structured datasets to be used by analytics, marketing, tech, and AI teams.
Track and maintain data quality standards and build automated monitoring, alerting, and validation systems.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a track record of building scalable data platforms and pipelines.
Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Scala is a plus.
Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and analytics best practices — schema design, partitioning, versioning.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern data stack tools.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT orchestration (Airflow or similar).
Ability to develop and maintain systems from early-stage MVP to high-volume production.
High collaboration and communication skills
Passion for games.
Nice to Have
Expertise in event streaming technologies (Kafka or similar) and real-time data processing.
Experience in gaming, mobile products, or other high-event-volume environments.
Knowledge of BI tools and analytics workflows.
Familiarity with observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing) and data quality frameworks.
