As an Executive Assistant at the company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and operational efficiency of our leaders and their teams. Success in this fast-paced environment requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and strategic priority management. This position is ideal for a team-player who is a highly motivated self-starter, ready to execute with precision and discretion in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
Support Partnership: Provide executive and administrative support to 3-4 GTM leaders/teams
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
Relationship Development: Partner closely with leaders and team both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on
Project Management: Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events
Travel Planning: Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination
Team Connection Logistics: Own end-to-end planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events.
Financial Administration: Provide budget oversight and manage expenses across teams
Requirements
1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project support, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment
Experience directly supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or similar high-level team leads
Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership
A motivated and resourceful self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguity and think on their feet
Agility and flexibility to quickly respond to changing priorities and proactivity in anticipating the needs of others
A high degree of emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and provide reliable, consistent support to colleagues and partners across the organization.
