Python AI Engineer (GenAI)

We are looking for a Python AI Engineer (GenAI) responsible for developing innovative AI solutions using cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI technologies. You will work closely with our development teams and clients, building intelligent systems leveraging large language models, implementing RAG architectures, and creating production-grade AI applications across telecommunications, finance, and healthcare sectors.

Apply if you have:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML development,

• Professional experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related concepts (RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems),

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Langraph, CrewAI, or similar),

• Strong knowledge and experience in production-grade Python development,

• Understanding of cloud concepts and architectures with hands-on experience in cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS),

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes),

• Expertise in data manipulation using Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy),

• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation,

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) essential for working on international projects,

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Econometrics, or related quantitative discipline,

• Experience with specific LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3, Mixtral, Falcon, Gemini),

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring,

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant),

• Familiarity with fine-tuning and training techniques for LLMs,

• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies,

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques,

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research,

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
