Senior BI Developer

🟣 You will be:

• building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI on top of Databricks based data,

• designing and implementing semantic and presentation layers for analytics,

• translating business requirements into data models and visualizations,

• ensuring consistency, usability, and performance of dashboards,

• working closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and stakeholders,

• optimizing queries and data models for reporting performance,

• supporting business users in understanding and using the data.

🟣 Your profile:

• proven experience as a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Visualization Engineer,

• strong experience with Power BI,

• experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms,

• strong SQL skills,

• experience building end to end dashboards for business users,

• experience working with Azure based data environments,

• experience designing semantic models (for example tabular models),

• experience working with data from enterprise systems (for example CRM),

• understanding of data modelling concepts for analytics,

• ability to translate business requirements into dashboards and metrics,

• practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.

🟣 Nice to have:

• experience with performance optimization of Power BI reports,

• basic Python knowledge for data exploration,

• familiarity with data governance and access control in BI tools,

• experience in enterprise or regulated environments,

• exposure to energy or utilities domain,

• interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
