About this role

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Frontend / Fullstack Engineer (AI-First | Next.js + Medusa.js)
Your duties will include:
Developing and maintaining a modern headless e-commerce platform,
Building scalable and high-performance frontend solutions,
Ensuring performance, accessibility, and code quality,
Integrating backend APIs, authentication, checkout, and payment systems,
Supporting frontend and fullstack architectural decisions,
Using agentic coding as a real development workflow,
Performing code reviews and improving engineering standards.
Requirements that must be met:
5+ years of commercial experience in React / frontend engineering,
Production experience with Next.js,
Very strong TypeScript skills,
Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, SEO, accessibility, and performance as a daily practice,
Experience with backend API, auth, checkout, and payments integrations,
Agentic coding as a real workflow: planning, specification, context management, reviewing outputs, and testing,
Experience with headless commerce,
Medusa.js experience preferred
Very good English and Polish
Nice to have:
Fullstack experience
NestJS
PostgreSQL
Prisma
