Your Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives on building elegant systems and meaningful user experiences. In this role, you’ll help shape the architecture and performance of the platform that powers the company, primarily working on our backend systems with PHP and Symfony while also contributing to dynamic, high-performance interfaces using Vue.js and Server-Side Rendering.

But this role goes beyond simply writing code. You’ll help drive technical decisions, influence the evolution of our platform, and play a key part in delivering products that empower millions of professionals worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using PHP and Symfony, ensuring performance, stability, and maintainability across the platform.

• Build responsive, high-performance front-end experiences with Vue.js and Server-Side Rendering, bridging design and functionality seamlessly.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to bring ideas from concept to launch.

• Participate in thoughtful code reviews that elevate code quality, strengthen architecture, and support team learning.

• Explore emerging technologies and propose improvements that help evolve and modernize our tech stack.

• Take ownership of features from initial concept through implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, delivering production-ready applications.

• Strong expertise in PHP and a deep understanding of software design principles and scalable architecture.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Symfony framework.

• Proven experience building modern front-end interfaces with Vue.js and Server-Side Rendering.

• Proficiency with Git and modern collaborative development workflows.

• A strategic, problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.

• Clear and effective communication skills, especially when collaborating with a distributed global team.

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with MySQL and ORM frameworks such as Doctrine.

• Strong front-end fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript practices.
