💡Project Description:
In this project, you will develop and enhance a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing sensitive HR and identity-related data, with a strong focus on access control, auditability, and data governance. Deliver end-to-end features across backend services and web applications, covering REST API development, business logic implementation, database design, frontend functionality, automated testing, and API documentation.
🔑 Key Requirements:
5+ years building production web applications in any modern language (PHP, TypeScript/Node.js, Python or similar).
Solid REST API design instincts: resources, idempotency, versioning, error contracts.
Relational database fluency — schema design, query analysis, migrations.
Disciplined testing — unit and integration; you know what to mock and what not to.
Git fluency: branching, pull requests, rebases, conflict resolution.
Experience using AI coding assistants and agent-based workflows in real engineering work.
Strong written English — code comments, PR descriptions, OpenAPI text.
➕Nice to have:
PHP 8.x with Symfony and Doctrine ORM — directly applicable to today's stack.
Node.js / TypeScript with a mature backend framework (Nest, Fastify, Express + Zod, etc.) — directly applicable to the possible evolution path
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture (row-level isolation, tenant-scoped queries). ● IPFS or other content-addressable storage concepts.
JWT auth flows with refresh-token rotation.
OWASP Top-10 awareness.
