Senior OT Cyber Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT and OT cybersecurity engagements for international clients

• Support security assessments and identify risks across IT/OT environments

• Analyze OT/ICS infrastructure, networking, and security architecture

• Support implementation and optimization of OT security controls and monitoring solutions

• Collaborate with architects, delivery leads, and client stakeholders

• Identify cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and operational security risks in OT environments

• Support development of cybersecurity proposals and client solutions

• Participate in security monitoring and threat detection initiatives

• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and technical recommendations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Cyber Security or OT Security

• Strong understanding of:

  • Cyber Security concepts,

  • Risk and security controls,

  • IT/OT security principles

• Good knowledge of OT/ICS security standards:

  • NIS2,

  • ISA/IEC 62443,

  • NIST 800-82,

  • NERC-CIP

• Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge:

  • TCP/IP,

  • OSI model,

  • Firewalls,

  • IDS/IPS,

  • network security concepts

• Understanding of OT/ICS environments, protocols, and industrial architectures

• Experience with Security Assessments

• Familiarity with SIEM and OT monitoring solutions such as:

  • Nozomi Networks,

  • Claroty,

  • Armis,

  • Microsoft Sentinel

• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities related to OT infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with OT monitoring and visibility solutions

• Knowledge of:

  • ISO 27001,

  • ISO 22301,

  • PCI-DSS,

  • HITRUST

• Knowledge of IoT security and Operational Technology threats

• Experience with firewall and switch configuration

• Experience collaborating with delivery leads and architects

Certifications

One or more of the following certifications would be considered an advantage:

• CCNA

• CISSP

• CISA

• CISM

• GICSP
