Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer I, you lead the design direction for key product initiatives while directly managing and mentoring a small team of designers. You bring together creative expertise, user-centered thinking, and a working knowledge of AI capabilities to deliver elegant, scalable, and accessible experiences. You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products align with user needs and business goals, and you actively contribute to evolving our design system, processes, and culture.
You are highly skilled at navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and empowering your team to do their best work. You build strong partnerships across product, engineering, and research, and you know how to use AI thoughtfully: to accelerate your practice, sharpen your output, and ship better experiences for users who depend on them.

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $130,000 - $142,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in the company equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. the company is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
