About the role:
Join us as a Software Development Engineer on the company Regional Growth team. Our mission is to expand and accelerate the company global growth by unlocking new markets and strengthening performance in existing ones. As part of the Europe&APAC Growth organization, we focus on scaling fast, reliable, and compliant money-movement experiences that customers can trust every time. You will tackle technical challenges such as, enabling new markets, integration with regional Identity verification services, local payment systems, improve user experience and support organic growth in existing countries. You will report to a Kraków-based Manager.
You Will:
Design and implement large-scale web and mobile architectures.
Write integrations with local payment systems and local Identity verification services.
Collaborate across teams (engineering, marketing, and product) to deliver scalable, user friendly solutions.
Optimize page speed, core web vitals, and other performance metrics across mobile and desktop platforms.
Build and evolve systems that keep fraudsters off the the company platform, protecting good customers and ensuring safe, trusted money transfers at scale.
Own features with real customer impact, influencing user experience for people who rely on the company for important, real-life financial needs.
You will take part in an on-call rotation.
You Have:
3+ years of software development experience.
Experience building and optimizing large-scale web architectures.
Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Golang or similar.
Good understanding of web frameworks like React or Next.js.
Proven experience navigating the SDLC across multiple services.
Willingness to learn: our domain frequently introduces new challenges.
Nice to have:
Commercial experience with React native and native app development.
Experience working in a corporate web and mobile environment with high-scale systems
Experience with modern JavaScript bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Esbuild.
Experience with working closely with Product team
Compensation Details
The starting base salary range for this position is typically zł 245,000 – zł 275,000 per annum. In Poland, the company employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
