About the Role
On behalf of our global partner, we are looking for a seasoned Backend / Platform Engineer to join an enterprise platform initiative.
In this role, you will take ownership of building and scaling mission-critical backend services and core platform infrastructure. You will work closely with distributed teams to enhance API ecosystems, automate delivery pipelines, and ensure high system resilience across multi-stage environments.
Key Responsibilities
Service Development: Architect, build, and support robust, production-grade backend systems and platform components.
API Design: Build, refine, and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs powering core business applications and third-party integrations.
Deployment & Delivery: Ensure reliable continuous integration and deployment workflows across full DTAP (Dev/Test/Acceptance/Prod) pipelines.
Data & Platform Engineering: Contribute to the evolution of high-throughput data processing systems and platform stability.
Quality & Collaboration: Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
Core Stack & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) and TypeScript / Node.js.
Proven expertise in designing and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs.
Solid proficiency in relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern CI/CD practices.
Background in building scalable, distributed cloud-native architecture.
Nice to Have
Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Apache Airflow).
Hands-on knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Exposure to CDN technologies and edge networking.
