Senior Flutter Developer

The Opportunity

Join us as a Senior Flutter Developer and help create stunning cross-platform mobile and web applications for multiple green‑field products - from marketplace platforms to internal SaaS - while co‑building our in‑house AI‑native development system. You'll:

• Code smarter, ship faster with Claude Code, Vibe Coding, Cursor/Windsurf, and whatever ingenious tools you suggest.

• Build & optimize high-performance Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and web with exceptional user experiences.

• Develop our AI‑native platform for developers - your feedback and features go straight into the product roadmap.

• Collaborate remotely with designers, backend developers, PMs, and engineers across Poland and Saudi Arabia on several ventures at once.

• Own the mobile development lifecycle: design system implementation, widget development, state management, performance optimization, and user testing.

• Champion best practices in Flutter architecture, accessibility, testing, and modern cross-platform development workflows.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…

• Have deep experience building production Flutter applications with modern state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod) and widget composition patterns.

• Are fluent with Dart, Flutter SDK, platform channels, and mobile development tools (Android Studio, Xcode, Firebase).

• Have already experimented with Claude Code or other AI pair‑programming tools - and can't imagine coding without them.

• Master responsive design, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS, Android, Web).

• Communicate confidently in English (Polish is a bonus - many teammates are Polish).

• Thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where you switch between projects and wear many hats.

• Believe in craftsmanship - automated testing (unit, widget, integration tests), clean architecture patterns, and design system consistency are second nature.

• Have an eye for design and can collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers to bring mockups to life with pixel‑perfect precision across all platforms.

• Experience with native platform integration (iOS/Android) and understanding of platform-specific design guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
