We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join the Business Intelligence team and help develop internal analytical applications and tools that combine traditional BI with generative AI - used daily by business departments across the organization.

We are building a platform that embeds interactive Power BI reports in the browser, enables analytics, and expands into the AI space. You will be the person leading this direction: from designing RAG pipeline architectures and integrating LLM models to delivering natural language data querying capabilities for end users.

Your daily responsibilities will include: 

• Designing and developing analytical web applications used across the organization

• Building scalable backend services and APIs using Django / FastAPI (Python)

• Developing modern and intuitive user interfaces for analytical and business applications

• Working with business stakeholders and teams to deliver new features and improve existing solutions

• Designing and implementing integrations with internal systems and data sources

• Ensuring application performance, scalability, and code quality through best engineering practices

• Contributing to architectural decisions, CI/CD processes, and technical standards within the team

• Driving the development of AI-powered features, including integrations with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and intelligent data workflows, while helping shape the technical direction of AI solutions across the platform

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django

• Good knowledge of React / TypeScript

• Experience integrating LLMs or GenAI solutions into production systems

• Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and document retrieval workflows

• Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Strong understanding of relational databases and business data modeling

• Ability to make architectural decisions independently and mentor other engineers

Nice to have:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

• Knowledge of Power BI / Power BI SDK and Microsoft ecosystem

• Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms
